More info: The Iberian gree frog is also known as Perez's frog, Iberian waterfrog, or Coruna frog. It is native to Spain, Portugal and France and is common and widespread in the Iberian Peninsular.

The Iberian green frog may be heard night and day, however, the only croaking singing of this species is made by the males. In females, the vocal sacs, found in the corners of the mouth, are rudimentary and undeveloped. The females do emit some sounds of alarm when confronted with a dangerous situation.
