The reticulated giraffe is a species/subspecies of giraffe native to the Horn of Africa.
The Reticulated giraffe is the most well-known of the nine giraffe subspecies and is by far the most common giraffe found in zoos. Their markings consists of large, polygonal liver-colored blocks, outlined by a network of bright white lines.
