More info: Barn owls are medium-sized owls with a pale, heart-shaped face, long bill, and long legs. Their upperparts are generally sandy orange and gray, while their underparts are white or cream with black spots.
Barn owl numbers have increased significantly in England, due to conservation efforts, particularly with the installation of nest boxes.
