More info: In an extaordinary logistical effort, a team of scientists and volunteers overcame the barriers of distance to connect society with nature at its purest. Through the YouTube channel of the Center for the Study and Conservation of Birds of Prey in Argentina (CECARA), it is now possible to observe—minute by minute—this family of Crowned Eagles (Buteogallus coronatus) deep in the western Pampas.

The Chaco eagle (Buteogallus coronatus) or crowned solitary eagle, is an endangered bird of prey from eastern and central South America. Because they only lay one egg per breeding attempt, each chick is a vital hope for the survival of the species.
