More info: The Egyptian vulture, also called the white scavenger vulture or pharaoh's chicken, is a small Old World vulture which is widely distributed in the Iberian Peninsula, North Africa, West Asia and India. Unlike the adults, juveniles are dark brown in colour and gradually change to their characteristic white feathers, as they mature.

Egyptian vultures have a varied, omnivorous diet, feeding primarily on carrion, but also insects, small reptiles, amphibians, eggs, mammal faeces, and even rotting fruit. Egyptian vultures are one of the few bird species to use tools such as pebbles to open large eggs.
They are opportunistic scavengers and active hunters and Will often waiting for larger vultures to finish at a carcass before feeding on smaller pieces.
