More info: Patuxent River State Park is a public recreation area located along the upper reaches of the Patuxent River in Maryland. Ospreys migrate to Maryland around the beginning of March and the park and surrounding wetland provide sanctuary and food for these returning raptors enabling them to breed and produde the next generation.
