More info: The white bellied sea eagle is the second largest raptor found in Australia and its habitat includes coastal locations and inland river systems, as far south as Tasmania. It is an opportunistic hunter, typically eating a diet of fish, gulls, other birds and reptiles such as snakes and lizards.
This sea eagle cam at the Birdlife Australia Discovery Centre was set up in 2009 and is funded by a small group of BirdLife Australia volunteers.
