More info: The feeding station in the Gamla Nature Reserve, provides clean food, free of veterinary medicines, ensuring a safe food source for the vultures. The site is located near the rehabilitation and release station for vultures, where they are returned to the wild. The project is a part of the "Open Wings project led by the Israel Nature and Parks Authority, IEC, and SPNI. Supplementary feeding stations support vulture survival by reducing poisoning risk and improving food availability.
