Info: Kitirua Private Conservancy is a community-owned wildlife conservancy bordering Amboseli National Park in Kenya, known for its stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro and as a critical wildlife corridor. Tortilis Camp, named after the Acacia tortilis tree, is nestled on a hill within an Acacia woodland in Amboseli and was one of the first eco-lodges of its size, and is 100% solar.
The area is offers abundant opportunities for spotting both large and small mammals, as well as over 400 species of birds. Night drives provide chances to see nocturnal animals like spotted hyenas and bat-eared foxes.
