More info: Byron Grobler of Wild Wild Journeys, documents the amazing wildlife and experiences he encounters in the African wilderness. Byron is a master story-teller and film-maker and really makes the viewer sense the magical surroundings, with his unique style.

Mana Pools National Park is in the far north of Zimbabwe. It includes the south bank and islands of the Zambezi River, which forms the border with Zambia.

The area is home to a remarkable concentration of wild animals, including elephants, buffalo, leopards and cheetahs, as well as an important concentration of Nile crocodiles.

Mana Pools has become famous for being the home of Boswell the elephant who stands on his hind legs. His unique behaviour allows him to reach fruit and leaves higher up in the trees which is especially beneficial during the dry season.
