More info: Goose Pond Sanctuary is located south of Arlington and just 20 minutes north of Madison. Over 270 species of birds have been spotted at this prairie pothole and its surrounding lands.

Visitors to Goose Pond Sanctuary can enjoy listening to the cacophony of thousands of geese, swans, and ducks as they gather at this prairie pothole during their migratory journey. There are foraging shorebirds and grassland birds as well.
